依托我校获批的国家数字农业区域创新分中心（东北）的条件支撑，2025年一季度，学院高水平学术成果迎来开门红，在《Computers and Electronics in Agriculture》、《Pest Management Science》等智慧农业、农林科学领域一区Top期刊发表多篇高水平学术论文，体现学院学科发展、科学研究呈现良好发展势头。
精准农业航空团队于丰华教授发表题为：“Research on unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) rice field weed sensing image segmentation method based on CNN-transformer” 的研究论文，创建了基于卷积神经网络（CNN）与Transformer融合的杂草分割模型，实现了稻田杂草无人机遥感精准、快速识别。
精准农业航空团队刘潭副教授发表题为“Early detection of rice blast using UAV hyperspectral imagery and multi-scale integrator selection attention transformer network (MS-STNet)”的研究论文，创建了基于无人机水稻冠层反射率和纹理特征在稻瘟病深度学习监测模型。
农业生物信息智能检测团队王敬依副教授与空军军医大学联合发表题为“Amplification-free detection of Porphyromonas gingivalis with no-PAM CRISPR-Cas12a using a smartphone-based platform”的研究论文，提出了一种集成的、免扩增的CRISPR-Cas12a检测的生物传感器，用于快速定量检测牙龈卟啉单胞菌。
精准农业航空团队冯帅讲师发表题为：“Study on lightweight rice blast detection method based on improved YOLOv8”的研究论文，提出了一种适合移动设备的稻瘟病智能监测模型。
