个人简介：
孟晓芳，女，1974年12月生，汉族，内蒙古察右前旗人，中共党员，博士，沈阳农业大学信息与电气工程学院副教授。2009年在清华大学电机工程与应用电子技术系进修。曾从事电力工程的研究及设计工作两年。
研究方向：
电力网规划、配电网运行优化以及控制、分布式发电、微网建模与控制
